It is bringing your attention to whatever is in front of you, no  matter where you are, without judgment.

 

In this zoom zoom world of rapid pace technological connections and instantaneous communication, we have lost our inner GPS for slowing down, being present and just sitting or being.

 

Mindful Living is paying attention to LIFE and being engaged one moment at a time.  It is finding the BEAUTY that life offers in the simplest of gifts.  It nurtures healthy relationships in present moment awareness.
